ELS Laundry Services will handle your garments with the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article.

However, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells and sequins.

ELS is not responsible for any item(s) as wash and fold is processed by weight and not by garment count, as such items are not inspected, therefore we will not be responsible for any claims, including shrinkage, discoloring, runs, rips, tears, or any other damage. This also includes any item claimed loss or missing.

Please note that ELS Laundry Services is a mobile pick up & delivery service, items are not counted at the time of pick up and are logged in at our facility. As such our internal count is determined to be the accepted and final item count. ELS will not be held liable for any items claimed sent, missing or damaged. ELS is not responsible for any item claimed lost or stolen from designated drop off or delivery areas.

With ELS Laundry Services you have the ability to track all activity online or with your Smartphone by logging into your account with your phone number. If you do not have a phone number and password setup and would like to receive pick up & delivery as well as item and payment notifications, please contact your local ELS Laundry Services by contacting us at the link at the bottom of the screen and we will be happy to assist you.

ELS Laundry Services liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing that item.

Garments not picked up or if we are unable to complete a delivery due to no fault of ELS Laundry Services for 30 days, a storage fee may apply. Any garment not picked up or undeliverable for 6 months may be donated to charity.
